You will no doubt find that these meditations are simply written and provide a good but not exhaustive introduction to the Gospel of John. Each is accompanied with a couple of questions for further reflection and usually a suggestion of some other resource related to the chapter’s theme. Those that want to dig deeper into the Word of God are then able to do so. All but the last six chapters of these meditations on John’s Gospel originally appeared in the Messages of the Love of God.
Each portion of John’s Gospel is given a small section in this book that can be read in 2‑3 minutes by the average reader. These remarks help the reader in enjoying highlights of the ways of God and make an excellent companion to that daily habit of reading God’s Word. These are meant to be study-starters, heart-lifters, conscience-touchers and not brain-stretchers. You can decide for yourself by looking over the sample PDF file provided for download.
