The allusion in Ephesians 2:14¹⁴For he is our peace, who hath made both one, and hath broken down the middle wall of partition between us; (Ephesians 2:14) is to the “wall of partition” which separated the holy of holies from the holy place in Solomon’s temple

(1 Kings 6:31,35³¹And for the entering of the oracle he made doors of olive tree: the lintel and side posts were a fifth part of the wall. (1 Kings 6:31)
³⁵And he carved thereon cherubims and palm trees and open flowers: and covered them with gold fitted upon the carved work. (1 Kings 6:35)).
