Two Great Dangers

Notice how Paul says, “Lest any man spoil you” (Col. 2:88Beware lest any man spoil you through philosophy and vain deceit, after the tradition of men, after the rudiments of the world, and not after Christ. (Colossians 2:8)). And as you look out in the Christian world today, can you by any stretch of the imagination conceive of anything more unlike to its origin than Christendom? Of all the babel of voices found in the world today, Christendom excels. We find every kind of schism, truth, error, cult, ritualism and rationalism — all parading under the banner of Christianity.
