Some MSS. read "thus"; others read "he". But in the older MSS. especially the interchange of the Greek letters (omicron) and (omega) is so common as to make their evidence in such cases of slight value. Internal consideration greatly inclines in my opinion to "he." It is emphasized for good reason.
