1. Jesus loves me very much;
I want to feel His tender touch.
He wants to give my heart a hug,
And gently gives the strings a tug.
2. Jesus loved me long ago,
He died for me so I could know
My sins forever are forgiven,
And I am ready now for heaven.
3. Jesus loves me still today,
He tries to show it lots of ways.
He intercedes for me above,
And showers me with gifts of love.
4. Jesus will love me still, forever;
His love will never end, not ever!
So to remind my heart today,
I’ll read my Bible and I’ll pray.
