“Phuvah” From Boyd’s Bible Dictionary:

(mouth). Son of Issachar (Gen. 46:13¹³And the sons of Issachar; Tola, and Phuvah, and Job, and Shimron. (Genesis 46:13)). Pua (Num. 26:23²³Of the sons of Issachar after their families: of Tola, the family of the Tolaites: of Pua, the family of the Punites: (Numbers 26:23)). Puah (1 Chron. 7:1¹Now the sons of Issachar were, Tola, and Puah, Jashub, and Shimron, four. (1 Chronicles 7:1)).

He is called PUA in the AV of Numbers 26:23²³Of the sons of Issachar after their families: of Tola, the family of the Tolaites: of Pua, the family of the Punites: (Numbers 26:23), though the Hebrew is the same, and is apparently identical with PUAH in 1 Chronicles 7:1¹Now the sons of Issachar were, Tola, and Puah, Jashub, and Shimron, four. (1 Chronicles 7:1).

1. One of the midwives who preserved the male Hebrew children, contrary to the commandment of the king (Ex. 1:15¹⁵And the king of Egypt spake to the Hebrew midwives, of which the name of the one was Shiphrah, and the name of the other Puah: (Exodus 1:15)).
