One Thing

There is only one thing matters,
In this passing world of sin;
That my life should tell of Jesus,
And be lived as “unto Him.”
In the secret of Thy presence
(For ’tis only there I’ve power,)
Keep me near Thee, let me serve Thee
Every day and every hour.
