That thou may'st daily gather
Fresh tokens of HIS LOVE,
Forever round thee falling
As manna from above!
That ever midst the worry
Of busy outward life,
Thine inner life may flourish
Unhindered by the strife:
That thou may'st know HIS PRESENCE
To brighten all the way,
And prove HIS GRACE sufficient
For each succeeding day:
That more increased attractions
In Jesus thou may'st see,
And mine is but an echo
OF HIS DESIRE FOR THEE.
