Is God Sovereign?

Where is man's so-called free will in the following verses? "No man can say that Jesus is the Lord, but by the Holy Ghost." 1 Cor. 12:3³Wherefore I give you to understand, that no man speaking by the Spirit of God calleth Jesus accursed: and that no man can say that Jesus is the Lord, but by the Holy Ghost. (1 Corinthians 12:3).

"God, who is rich in mercy, for His great love wherewith He loved us, even when we were dead in sins, bath quickened us together with Christ."
