A larger “ship was on the sea
It was a pretty sight;
It sailed along so pleasantly,

But soon the waves in might arrayed,
Filled many hearts with fear,
And all but one were sore afraid
When death appeared so near.
But God who rules the wind and sea,
Deliverance had planned;
