Psa. 86:1‑17• ¹<<A Prayer of David.>> Bow down thine ear, O Lord, hear me: for I am poor and needy.
²Preserve my soul; for I am holy: O thou my God, save thy servant that trusteth in thee.
³Be merciful unto me, O Lord: for I cry unto thee daily.
⁴Rejoice the soul of thy servant: for unto thee, O Lord, do I lift up my soul.
⁵For thou, Lord, art good, and ready to forgive; and plenteous in mercy unto all them that call upon thee.
⁶Give ear, O Lord, unto my prayer; and attend to the voice of my supplications.
⁷In the day of my trouble I will call upon thee: for thou wilt answer me.
⁸Among the gods there is none like unto thee, O Lord; neither are there any works like unto thy works.
⁹All nations whom thou hast made shall come and worship before thee, O Lord; and shall glorify thy name.
¹⁰For thou art great, and doest wondrous things: thou art God alone.
¹¹Teach me thy way, O Lord; I will walk in thy truth: unite my heart to fear thy name.
¹²I will praise thee, O Lord my God, with all my heart: and I will glorify thy name for evermore.
¹³For great is thy mercy toward me: and thou hast delivered my soul from the lowest hell.
¹⁴O God, the proud are risen against me, and the assemblies of violent men have sought after my soul; and have not set thee before them.
¹⁵But thou, O Lord, art a God full of compassion, and gracious, longsuffering, and plenteous in mercy and truth.
¹⁶O turn unto me, and have mercy upon me; give thy strength unto thy servant, and save the son of thine handmaid.
¹⁷Show me a token for good; that they which hate me may see it, and be ashamed: because thou, Lord, hast holpen me, and comforted me. (Psa. 86:1‑17)

Psa. 90:1‑17• ¹<<A Prayer of Moses the man of God.>> Lord, thou hast been our dwelling place in all generations.
²Before the mountains were brought forth, or ever thou hadst formed the earth and the world, even from everlasting to everlasting, thou art God.
³Thou turnest man to destruction; and sayest, Return, ye children of men.
⁴For a thousand years in thy sight are but as yesterday when it is past, and as a watch in the night.
⁵Thou carriest them away as with a flood; they are as a sleep: in the morning they are like grass which groweth up.
⁶In the morning it flourisheth, and groweth up; in the evening it is cut down, and withereth.
⁷For we are consumed by thine anger, and by thy wrath are we troubled.
⁸Thou hast set our iniquities before thee, our secret sins in the light of thy countenance.
⁹For all our days are passed away in thy wrath: we spend our years as a tale that is told.
¹⁰The days of our years are threescore years and ten; and if by reason of strength they be fourscore years, yet is their strength labor and sorrow; for it is soon cut off, and we fly away.
¹¹Who knoweth the power of thine anger? even according to thy fear, so is thy wrath.
¹²So teach us to number our days, that we may apply our hearts unto wisdom.
¹³Return, O Lord, how long? and let it repent thee concerning thy servants.
¹⁴O satisfy us early with thy mercy; that we may rejoice and be glad all our days.
¹⁵Make us glad according to the days wherein thou hast afflicted us, and the years wherein we have seen evil.
¹⁶Let thy work appear unto thy servants, and thy glory unto their children.
¹⁷And let the beauty of the Lord our God be upon us: and establish thou the work of our hands upon us; yea, the work of our hands establish thou it. (Psa. 90:1‑17)

Psa. 7:1‑17• ¹<<Shiggaion of David, which he sang unto the Lord, concerning the words of Cush the Benjamite.>> O Lord my God, in thee do I put my trust: save me from all them that persecute me, and deliver me:
²Lest he tear my soul like a lion, rending it in pieces, while there is none to deliver.
³O Lord my God, if I have done this; if there be iniquity in my hands;
⁴If I have rewarded evil unto him that was at peace with me; (yea, I have delivered him that without cause is mine enemy:)
⁵Let the enemy persecute my soul, and take it; yea, let him tread down my life upon the earth, and lay mine honor in the dust. Selah.
⁶Arise, O Lord, in thine anger, lift up thyself because of the rage of mine enemies: and awake for me to the judgment that thou hast commanded.
⁷So shall the congregation of the people compass thee about: for their sakes therefore return thou on high.
⁸The Lord shall judge the people: judge me, O Lord, according to my righteousness, and according to mine integrity that is in me.
⁹Oh let the wickedness of the wicked come to an end; but establish the just: for the righteous God trieth the hearts and reins.
¹⁰My defence is of God, which saveth the upright in heart.
¹¹God judgeth the righteous, and God is angry with the wicked every day.
¹²If he turn not, he will whet his sword; he hath bent his bow, and made it ready.
¹³He hath also prepared for him the instruments of death; he ordaineth his arrows against the persecutors.
¹⁴Behold, he travaileth with iniquity, and hath conceived mischief, and brought forth falsehood.
¹⁵He made a pit, and digged it, and is fallen into the ditch which he made.
¹⁶His mischief shall return upon his own head, and his violent dealing shall come down upon his own pate.
¹⁷I will praise the Lord according to his righteousness: and will sing praise to the name of the Lord most high. (Psa. 7:1‑17)
