Gospel of Peace Calendar (Gpc)

Oy Vey. I’m not sure what all to put in here. I’ll start, then re-organize as I go.

Overview as I see it ...
The GPC is comprised of a color shell (background) printed on the press. The press sheets are then cut down, collated, and boxed. It’s vital that the collation is right, otherwise re-printing may be necessary. The customization (black imprint?) that is comprised of language, verse, calendar pad, custom dates, logos etc., is printed with the Konica Minolta printers.
The gospel verses all come from JNC, (Ask Dan for them) but the believer’s verses are picked specifically for GPC. The believer’s verses are on the first day of the month in the daily verses. (not sure which is assigned first. Chicken or egg situation) The artistic versions need to be manually created, as well as the NKJV believers.
Use XML reader for prepping the different sets necessary. (Verse sets, Creation facts, Verse-a-day, holiday sets)
Update Dan’s config file with the new set numbers, and then create the standard versions with falcon ... bridge?. (Important to proof!!!)
There is a GPC hot folder for each of the printers on btp-apps. It is controlled by settings PageScope Direct Print
When lineup / Indesign exports a production file, it copies it to the hotfolder. Pagescope then processes the file based on the settings set inside pagescope, and puts it into a folder on the printer.
