John 7:2,37‑39• 2Now the feast of the Jews, the tabernacles, was near.
37Now in the last, the great, day of the feast Jesus stood and cried, saying, If anyone thirst, let him come unto me and drink.
38He that believeth on me, even as the scripture said, Out of his belly shall flow rivers of living water.
39But this said he of the Spirit, which they that believed on him were about to receive, for [the] Spirit was not yet, because Jesus was not yet glorified.
(John 7:2,37‑39)
The feast of tabernacles will surely be then....The sense of Christ's work is fully maintained, as in the passover; but the feast which is most fully expressed then is clearly the great ingathering to rejoice before Jehovah, after the harvest and vintage (Compare Rev. 14), when they look back on pilgrim days past forever.
