Note here, the strength of the Lord with them in conflict with power greater than their own, but the history of the rebellion of their heart.
15-24. This goes by itself—a kind of parenthesis. Verse 25 takes it up from verse 14; verse 15 takes up Ex. 32:1515And Moses turned, and went down from the mount, and the two tables of the testimony were in his hand: the tables were written on both their sides; on the one side and on the other were they written. (Exodus 32:15), adding other cases of rebellion. There is a vast deal more as to Moses with God at the door of the tabernacle in Exodus, and above chapter 32: 31.
