Christ Is the Way

Listen from:
I am the way, the truth, and the life: no man cometh unto the Father, but by Me. (John 14:66Jesus saith unto him, I am the way, the truth, and the life: no man cometh unto the Father, but by me. (John 14:6).)
That being so—and our Lord Himself says it—clearly we can never save ourselves. The Word of God tells us that all have sinned, and come short of the glory of God. The wages of sin is death. It is appointed unto men once to die, but after this the judgment.
Then how can we escape the judgment of God? God’s Word answers the question: When we were yet without strength, in due time Christ died for the ungodly.
These words exactly describe our natural state. We are without strength. Ungodly. But the very verse that states that the wages of sin is death, goes on to say, but the gift of God is eternal life through Jesus Christ our Lord. (Romans 6:2323For the wages of sin is death; but the gift of God is eternal life through Jesus Christ our Lord. (Romans 6:23).)
The Word of God tells us too that Christ died for our sins, and the blood of Jesus Christ His Son cleanseth us from all sin.
Believe it!
