Abraham

By faith Abraham, when he was called  .  .  .  obeyed; and he went out, not knowing whither he went.
Here’s another man who had absolute faith in what God said. He had no idea where he was going or what he would do when he got there (wherever “there” was). But he went anyway. And he was richly blessed of God. In fact, Abraham is called “the friend of God” in the Bible. Isn’t that something - to be called God’s friend? Why was he so close to God? Because he believed God and it was counted to him for righteousness. Believe God - it pays off.
