A Cure for Anxiety

There always have been and always will be trials on the way; but then we have the word in Phil. 4, "Be careful for nothing." This is a magnificent sentence, and leaves no loophole. It would have a quieting effect upon us if we had faith when we had discouraging thoughts concerning the saints and the testimony of God on earth. "Be careful for nothing; but in everything by prayer and supplication with thanksgiving let your requests be made known unto God. And the peace of God, which passeth all understanding, shall keep your hearts and minds through Christ Jesus."
